Please note that Free Worldwide Shipping applies only to orders over €100. A shipping fee will be applied to orders under €100 depending on your Country.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES
Orders placed before noon(GMT + 1) will start to be processed immediately, orders placed after noon (GMT + 1) will be processed starting from the next business day.
Please note: orders placed after noon (GMT+1) on Friday will be processed starting Monday.
Order processing times vary depending on the type of lenses selected at the time of purchase, according to the following table:

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship all orders with our logistics partners FedEx (worldwide) and TNT (Italy).
Depending on your location, the shipping time may take:
EUROPE: 2-3 working days
UNITED STATES: 3-4 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 5-6 working days
Once your order has been carefully packed and picked up by the courier from L.G.R Headquarters, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with all the information regarding your order, such as tracking number and status of your shipment.
Remember that, once the package has left L.G.R Headquarters, the delivery time is always dependent on your location and customs clearance. The Customer must be aware that custom duties can be applied on extra UE orders.
