We offer a 14 days return policy, which means that you have the possibility to try the product(s) you purchased at home, and, in case you are not satisfied with the item(s), you can send them back to us for free within 14 days – starting from the day that you received your order.
L.G.R offers free returns to customers located in Europe.
Customers located outside Europe are responsible for returning shipping costs, the exact amount will be clearly communicated during the return phase and directly deducted upon receipt of the products, from the amount of the purchase.
Returning shipping cost will be applied on complete returns, if one or more products are kept, no rate will be requested
Custom duties paid to clear the goods in the country, will not be refunded.
LENSES RETURN
L.G.R will accept returns for orders of non-prescription and reading lenses within 14 days of receipt of the package by the customer. Items must be unused and undamaged.
For orders with prescription Single Vision lenses it is possible to request a rework of the prescription lenses, which are subject to a shipping fee of 50 € for orders outside the EU. After the rework the sale will be considered final and non-refundable.
Orders with Progressive (multifocal) prescription lenses, due to the highly personalized nature of these, are final sale and non-refundable.
EUROPE:
Please contact our Customer Service department by email to [email protected] specifying in the subject “RETURN + #ordernumber” to request a return authorization.
Only items purchased through lgrworld.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our physical retail stores or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of our physical retail stores or wholesale partners.
Returns must be received within 14 days from the reception of the package. All items must be returned in new condition with the original receipt.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive the return label and instructions via email.
On European purchases, no return fee will be charged.
As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will verify the status of the product(s); if the item(s) have passed the quality check we will proceed with the refund, using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase.
You will be given a full refund of the product(s) at these conditions:
- the item(s) must have been purchased directly from lgrworld.com;
- the item(s) must be unused and free of all damage;
- all original packaging must be intact (case, box, cleaning cloth).
You will receive an email once the refund process has been completed. Please note that it may take from 2 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
OUTSIDE OF EUROPE:
Please contact our Customer Service department by email to [email protected] specifying in the subject “RETURN + #ordernumber” to request a return authorization.
