L.G.R LAUNCHES LIMITED EDITION EYEWEAR WITH DUNDAS WORLD
L.G.R has teamed up for a limited edition collaboration launching in Summer 2020 with Dundas World, founded in 2017 by its namesake designer Peter Dundas and partner Evangelo Bousis. The collection is inspired by Peter’s own strikingly characteristic eyewear and recognizably tinted glasses he has become known for.
Founded by Luca Gnecchi Ruscone, L.G.R eyewear is renowned for its artisanal approach to eyewear. Handcrafted in Italy, the Dundas World x L.G.R model is a lighter weight version of Peter’s original glasses. Always with a signature black frame, the lenses are offered in four soft tints that cleverly darken in sunlight: grey, pink, light blue and a sporty orange. The glasses have the Dundas World classic “D” branded in black metal on both sides of the frame and the lenses are laser-engraved with the Dundas logo. The case is made in rich black calf skin, lined in yellow, and comes in the signature Dundas yellow packaging.
Customers can virtually try on the glasses with a specially created Dundas Snapchat filter which subsequently allows a person to go directly to the Dundas World e-commerce site to purchase.
